Due to the progression in the competitive environment, the conventional approaches for professional career guidance usually fail to provide personalized and real-time assistance to students and other professionals during their careers. This paper presents CareerXcelerate, a comprehensive autonomous career guidance framework that facilitates each growth stage, which includes self-evaluation, skill acquisition, resume building, and job application. The framework comprises three sophisticated intelligent modules, i.e., QualifyMe, CollaborateX, and Intelligent Resource Suggestion System. To provide enhanced employability skills through written professional communication, the QualifyMe module is developed for NLP-based resume analysis. Furthermore, to provide a collaborative learning experience to job seekers, CollaborateX module provides a collaborative coding environment. The framework is integrated with an intelligent resource recommendation system to provide personalized recommendations of skilled courses to job seekers to further enhance their career path. The proposed CareerXcelerate is integrated with machine learning, analytical approaches, and real-time assistance for assisting job seekers with their career paths through education to skill enhancement and employment, addressing the longstanding disconnect between these domains. This framework fulfills the needs of the era through multi-dimensional career guidance solutions.
