Inclusion is a key aspect of Industry 5.0 (I5.0) and a driver of human-centered, future-oriented production environments. While existing research explores inclusion from a theoretical perspective, a comprehensive set of actionable recommendations remains largely absent. To address this gap, this paper provides practical guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), focusing on five key areas of inclusion in manufacturing: technological support, workplace environment, consulting support, hiring practices, and corporate culture. By bridging the gap between theoretical discussions and real-world implementation, this paper presents a structured collection of existing inclusive practices from German Industry. Here, recommendations from small, medium-sized and large companies are included. Additionally, the paper envisions a manufacturing plant in 2030 where inclusion is seamlessly integrated and all five aspects from our theoretical research are represented. The recommendations and examples aim to support SMEs in creating inclusive, future-ready production environments and get inspiration for the implementation of new work environments.

摘要
