The digital transformation of manufacturing requires real-time data integration, automation and traceability. This work presents a FIWARE-based ecosystem for integrating the UR5e collaborative robot (cobot), enabling real-time monitoring, data processing, and visualization. A Digital Twin, developed in Unity, mirrors the cobot’s movements, providing interactive 3D visualization, historical data replay and performance evaluation. This enhances process flexibility while ensuring seamless integration with smart manufacturing environments. This implementation demonstrates the scalability and efficiency of FIWARE-based solutions in Industry 4.0 and 5.0. Future work includes integrating the system with MES/ERP platforms, expanding the Digital Twin for multiple robotic manipulators, and enhancing human-cobot interaction tracking.
