Criteria Development for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Supplier Selection Using Bayesian Best-Worst Method
摘要
The increasing demand for sustainable and renewable energy has highlighted hydrogen as a viable alternative to fossil fuels. Supplier selection for hydrogen fuel cell plays a critical role in the effective management of the hydrogen supply chain. Since supplier selection is a complex multi-criteria decision-making problem. It is often influenced by uncertainty in the decision-making process, which requires careful consideration. This research employed an integrated approach, the Bayesian Best-Worst Method (Bayesian BWM), to identify important criteria in hydrogen fuel cell supplier selection. Additionally, a credal ranking result provides insights for better understanding preferences between each criterion, which might be subject to uncertainty. Results from both the average weight analysis and credal ranking indicate that environmental criteria are the most critical criteria in hydrogen fuel cell supplier selection. The findings of this study contribute to the challenges in developing a robust, and reliable hydrogen supply chain, while enabling key stakeholders and policymakers to make informed strategic decisions in sourcing hydrogen fuel cells.
