To Computable Decentralized Heterogeneous Energy Market Supply Model
摘要
In the traditional electricity market, electricity flows from large power plants and through national and regional grids to local distribution systems connected to end users. Network operators ensure the matching of supply and demand and maintain the quality of electricity at all times. This quality includes ensuring maintenance of the power system frequency within the permitted range, instantaneous balancing of demand and supply, the existence of sufficient energy storage capacity in case of significant unpredictable changes in demand or supply as an ancillary service. Network operators can be considered intermediaries between producers and consumers. In traditional energy systems, balance management is carried out at the level of transmission, whereas in modern networks such management is carried out at the level of local distribution. The rapid integration of intermittent and often very distributed renewable generation into the power system, as well as the integration of products and services based on information and communication technologies, have increased the need to use an intelligent platform for energy management and balancing supply and demand.
