Heart conditions remain global leaders as causes of death and disease, which demand novel therapeutic methods for both prevention and medical treatment operations. Green nanoparticles (GNPs) have become increasingly popular for cardiovascular health improvement in recent years. The biocompatible nanoparticles produced from plant extracts possess anti-inflammatory and antiatherosclerotic properties that demonstrate antioxidant action for heart benefit. The effects of green nanoparticles prove beneficial for endothelial performance while reducing blood clot formation and oxidative subtype deterioration to enhance heart health conditions. Because of their capability to attack specific circuits responsible for plaque development and vascular inflammation, these nanoparticles become suitable candidates for treating heart failure together with atherosclerosis and hypertension. This chapter presents an analysis of green nanoparticle bioactivity alongside safety data and potential medical applications, which discusses their benefits for cardiovascular health. Researchers believe GNPs will eventually produce effective and safer heart disease treatments through cardiovascular therapeutic applications despite the emerging stage of this field.
