Reduced switch multilevel inverters (RS-MLI) are currently used in industry and for renewable energy (RE) resources. The most well-known renewable energy source for producing electricity is photovoltaic (PV) cell. To generate the sustainable energy from PV system maximum power point (MPP) technique is using in this paper based on Fuzzy Logic controller (FLC) technique in order to generate the maximum power. The FLC MPPT determines the reference PV voltage assurance to provide the best possible power transfer between the PV system and the load-connected RS-MLIs. This study implements a novel 7-level PV-based switched capacitor operation-based MLI (7L-PV-SCMLI) topology with the goal of minimizing the number of semiconductor devices and reduced total harmonic distortion (THD). To calculate the firing angles of 7L-PV-SCMLI, selected harmonic elimination-based anti-predatory particle swarm optimization (APSO) technique is used. MATLAB/Software version “9.10.0.1602886 (R2021a)” platform is used to validate the results performance.
