This paper analyses a Track Two Dialogue between Indians and Pakistanis on their nuclear relationship. The paper begins with a brief introduction to Track Two, and, equally briefly, notes and analyses previous nuclear Track Two dialogues and India-Pakistan Track Two more generally. The bulk of the paper is devoted to a description and analysis of the nuclear dialogue which takes place within the larger South Asian work of the Ottawa Dialogue. It is concluded that, while this dialogue has played a useful role in improving understanding between the two sides, there is no substitute for official dialogue between nuclear countries. It is also concluded that this nuclear Track Two has helped in managing the India-Pakistan nuclear relationship, but has not contributed to resolving this rivalry. However, this may be an unrealistic ambition
