Virtual reality, through its profound impact on the growing industries of this new digital economy, has evolved into a crucial part of our present reality. Various reasons like declining component costs, rapid market maturity of technologies, and easy availability of high-tech products across a broad range that can benefit from this new technology have transformed it into a viable concept. In this paper, we want to talk about a study on the design of a real estate management system with artificial intelligence and virtual reality technologies. The bulk of this research is centered on the applications and use cases of augmented reality and virtual reality technologies in the real estate sector. The panorama camera functionality allows you to take a broad shot of a room in three dimensions that can be stitched together to offer a virtual experience where viewers are able to navigate and watch events from their viewpoint. This allows for the presentation of content in a whole different way. Though 360-degree cameras provide higher-quality images, not everybody owns one, and smartphone scanning serves as an adequate alternative. This paper shows that virtual reality improves understanding and increases clients’ willingness to purchase, while manipulating virtual reality content is very important in affecting both clients’ satisfaction with future home sales and developers’ adoption.
