This study proposes a conceptual model linking e-Kanban adaptation and forecast integration to lean manufacturing performance. Grounded in Negoro’s Differentiation System and the Contingency-Based Resource-Based View (RBV), the model introduces Forecast Integration Effectiveness (FIE) as a key construct reflecting how suppliers interpret, trust, and act upon forecast information, particularly Monthly Demand Forecast Operations (MDFO). A sequential exploratory mixed-methods design is adopted, beginning with qualitative verification at the focal company and advancing to survey-based validation among Indonesian suppliers. The model contributes to theory by operationalizing forecast execution fit and offers practical insights into improving lean supply chain responsiveness through better forecast usage.

摘要
