The Paradox of Digital Sustainability: Green Technologies, ESG Integration and Digital Stress
摘要
Fast implementation of green technologies, ESG frameworks, and digital finance solutions by businesses and financial institutions has resulted in an unexpected increase in digital stress while sustainability initiatives advance. AI and blockchain, and IoT systems help improve ESG reporting statistics, but they also create privacy and information overload issues and digital monitoring consequences, which together lead to employee work-related burnout coupled with digital exhaustion that reduces workplace wellness. The research explores stability mechanisms linking business operations to employee welfare by integrating studies about digital system advancement, in addition to environmental sustainability and social responsibility requirements. A complete system is established in this chapter to integrate digital sustainability seamlessly with workplace well-being systems that guarantee digital stress levels stay stable when implementing green finance and ESG requirements. A thorough solution to these enabling issues enables businesses to construct a resilient workforce with enhanced performance capabilities while upholding sustainability commitments for human and environmental benefits. Research outcomes will benefit political leaders, together with corporate officials, while serving as support for researchers who push for sustainable goals related to human-based digital transformation.
