Such coupling across formal, non-formal, and informal systems fosters paradigm shifts in organizational identity, enabling deeper collaboration and adaptive learning driving innovation by leveraging multimodal, culturally adaptable content. Emphasis is placed on the practical implications of coupling for translating scientific knowledge into locally usable formats, addressing systemic inequalities, and creating equitable pathways to support the SDGs and the right to knowledge. Ultimately, this chapter argues for an intentionally designed learning-systems approach that supports sustainable development through flexibility, inclusivity, and continual organizational transformation.
