This chapter provides some concluding observations whereby important lessons and key recommendations derived from the empirical investigations are proposed. Additional commentary as to the outstanding challenges yet to be addressed in a systematic manner by various jurisdictions is provided including a return to the issue of classic language regimes and minority, heritage, and immigrant language rights and recognition.
