To practice medicine in a responsible way, it is necessary to take into account all the precautions and risks related to its practice. Variables such as the drugs to be used, the elements of application, the techniques used in therapeutic practice, and the patients and the therapists have been considered to guarantee the biosafety requirements. In this chapter, an analysis of these variables, especially considered from the practice of neuraltherapeutic medicine, is made, and some recommendations are proposed, pointing out some aspects to achieve the greatest safety for both the patient and health professionals.
