摘要

A 2002 report by the WHO’s European office noted that European children were born with more than 300 synthetic chemicals that did not exist in their grandparents’ bodies. From then on, we can imagine the exponential growth of these figures and their impact on the health of the planet. The undeniable interdependence of every being in the biosphere, coupled with research on the climate crisis, allows us to affirm that it is not possible for there to have human health if there is no environmental health. In this chapter, we delve only into food health, inviting us to continue researching from our neuraltherapeutic practice in the environmental interrelations in life history, as a condition of an exercise that embraces the complexity of health.
