The physical examination within the neuraltherapeutic medicine consultation is considered of great importance because of the information it provides along with the patient’s life history, which is the basis for the realization of an adequate diagnosis and neuraltherapeutic treatment. This chapter proposes a comprehensive scheme with the introduction of new forms of examination derived from the knowledge of embryology, anatomy, and segmental physiology, such as the assessment of superficial sensitivity and Mackenzie’s sign for the diagnosis of visceral pathology. This physical examination will also be the one that confirms the change that the patient presents after the neuraltherapeutic intervention.
