This chapter presents several distinctive features of Neural Therapy in Colombia. They have been referred to as “principles,” which could be considered foundational and/or identity in their structuring. For clarity, they have been organized into three categories or perspectives of analysis, which rather than being independent, are intimately entwined. An epistemological perspective will be proposed that encompasses the features and milestones marking the gradual transformation of knowledge and conceptual frameworks, exploring the methodologies involved in such changes. A paradigmatic perspective that accounts for the movement toward biocentric and ecocentric approaches, and an ethical-ontological perspective that attempts to account for the dialogic way in which the dynamics of being affect and are, in turn, affected in the process.
