Paramedian Forehead Flap
摘要
First described in 800 BC, the paramedian forehead interpolated, rotational flap is a workhorse for nasal reconstruction. The paramedian forehead flap is a richly vascularized local flap based on the supratrochlear artery. The highly reliable blood supply and versatility of the tissue make it an ideal flap for repair of multiple facial defects from simple to complex, including total nasal reconstruction.
