Temporal Artery Posterior Auricular Skin Free Flap
摘要
The temporal artery posterior auricular skin (TAPAS) free flap was first described in 2016 by Lassus et al. Arterial supply of the flap is from a branch of the superficial temporal artery, the superior auricular artery, and drainage is via the superior auricular vein, which drains into the superficial temporal vein. It is useful considering the limited donor site morbidity, the consistent vascularization, and the thinness and pliability of the tissue. The TAPAS free flap is an option for reconstructing small- to medium-sized facial and intraoral defects.
