Superior Labial Artery Mucosal Flap
摘要
The superior labial artery mucosal (SLAM) flap is a variation of the facial artery myomucosal (FAMM) flap, first described by Pribaz et al. in 1992. The SLAM flap is a regional axial flap based on the superior labial artery, commonly used in complex cases of nasal reconstruction involving the nasal lining or oral cavity. The SLAM flap provides a thin, well-vascularized, pliable tissue for reconstruction.
