The most common tumors of the cerebellopontine angle are schwannomas, meningiomas, and epidermoid cyst tumors. In addition to these tumors, the cerebellopontine angle can harbor a wide variety of less common tumors that are reviewed in this chapter. These are usually tumors that grow more frequently in other locations, so their histopathology, characteristics in studies and imaging, and natural history are similar. In this chapter, we systematically review the particularities of these tumors when they grow in the cerebellopontine angle. Special attention is given to the endolymphatic sac tumor, a rare tumor exclusive to the cerebellopontine angle.
