Concluding Remarks
摘要
Historically, submerged cities have captured peoples’ imaginations, and the inundated PPNC site of Atlit Yam is no exception. This Chapter highlights the main results of the research presented in this volume, starting with the context of the site within the Neolithic record of the Southern Levant, the architectural remains documented during surveys and excavations at Atlit-Yam, the analyses of the mudbrick used in construction, as well as overviews of the human burials, groundstone and lithic artefacts recovered.
