This case study highlights the successful use of Infopragmatics as a driven force in integrating AI into UNAM’s Digital Library workshops. It details the Infopragmatics steps involved in searching catalogues, specialised academic information databases and discovery services, culminating in using Chat-GPT as a Table of Contents (TOC) advisor and for English improvement in abstracts. The results of this integration are discussed, demonstrating its effectiveness and pertinence in the academic fields of Chemistry, Accountancy and Administration.
