In the present chapter I argue that gender justice is not only a matter of; social justice, but also it could be conceived as an approach that connects the idea of justice with the way in which the relations among genders are conceived, articulated, and categorized beyond material conditions. In essence, gender is not only central matter of social justice but also intertwind with the construction of collective imagination and symbolic order of society. I specifically refer to radical feminist approaches and difference feminism, bridging them to design a fruitful approach towards present social problems, such as the incompatibility between full-time careers and the needs related to care work.
