HyperAutomation in Healthcare: Transforming Operations Through AI, RPA, and Intelligent Workflows

HyperAutomation in healthcare leverages advanced technologies such as AI (Artificial Intelligence), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), and intelligent workflows to comprehensively optimize and automate complex processes. This integration drives efficiency, accuracy, and enhances patient care by significantly reducing manual interventions. This study aims to explore the evolution and impact of HyperAutomation in the healthcare sector, analyze the core technologies that enable it, and assess its benefits, challenges, and future directions. Our research findings indicate substantial improvements in operational efficiency and patient care quality, coupled with a significant reduction in errors and operational costs. However, there are noteworthy ethical considerations and barriers to widespread adoption that need to be addressed. The methodologies employed in this study include a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, utilizing data from case studies, industry reports, and academic literature to provide a comprehensive analysis. Through this research, we aim to contribute to the understanding of HyperAutomation’s transformative potential in healthcare and offer actionable insights for its effective implementation.
