The traditional programs are not able to match the demands of industry because of the outdated curricula and low involvement, but AI-driven innovations fill these gaps by improving content delivery, individualized learning and gamification practices, enabling students with skills relevant to the modern workforce. This article examines how AI impacts on management education, highlighting applications such as digital assistants, adaptive learning platforms, AI-powered tests, and immersive simulations that raise student engagement and learning efficacy. It also assesses the challenges like ethical dilemmas, challenges with faculty adaptation, and data security issues. The study also highlights the potential that AI holds to transform pedagogy and curriculum development.
