Software for Reliability Analysis and Efficiency Assessing of Technological Equipment Functioning

Modern methods of analyzing and ensuring the reliability of the chemical complex, oil and gas and pipeline equipment are highlighted. The problem of automating calculations of indicators of operational reliability and operating efficiency of technological equipment is considered. The results of the development and implementation of a database in a software application are presented. An algorithm for displaying time diagrams of the functioning of devices, implemented in the Delphi programming language is proposed. The functionality of the software application is presented. A comparative analysis of the reliability indicators of N-type oil pumps—horizontal multistage oil pumps—and their time diagrams was carried out. The results of calculating the unloaded reserve of pumping equipment are presented.
