Intelligent transformative technologies (ITTs) and 6G network integration are at the front of the smart city revolution, promising a paradigm shift in urban planning and administration. This abstract explores how ITT is essential to improving 6G networks’ capabilities and functionalities in the framework of smart city infrastructure. Unprecedented speed, incredibly dependable connectivity, and low latency are expected to be provided by 6G networks, opening the door for a wide range of cutting-edge services and applications that will help smart cities become more sustainable, livable, and efficient urban settings. 6G networks can make smart judgments, allocate resources optimally, and improve urban services with the help of AI technology, which can process and analyze enormous volumes of data in real time. In smart cities powered by cutting-edge 6G networks, this chapter examines how AI-driven algorithms and machine learning models can provide predictive analytics, autonomous systems, and personalized services.
