This paper examines the project “Staying Away from Domestic Violence and Letting Love Return Home” in Qingshen County, Sichuan Province, China, using action research methods to conduct an in-depth analysis of county-level anti-domestic violence efforts. The findings indicate that the involvement of various stakeholders, collaboration between government and social organizations, and the engagement of law enforcement agencies have positively contributed to advancing anti-domestic violence initiatives. However, challenges remain at the county level, including low initiative and enthusiasm from government offices and the high demands on staff professional capabilities when dealing with complex cases. Furthermore, anti-domestic violence efforts should also prioritize creating a supportive atmosphere and environment conducive to combating domestic violence.
