A thorough assessment of dredger quality planning was carried out. By means of the specified statistical method, possible “weak” positions of manufactured products were determined more accurately, and solutions for their resistance to external factors were proposed. This, in turn, facilitates the adoption of operational decisions on the maintenance and replacement of “faulty” positions, which has direct practical significance in the field of dredger production. The following work stages, product parts, decision-making stages and dredger components are defined: dredger operation at low temperatures; use of a mine-forming device; dredger operation near the coast; human factor in dredge master operation; wear of the floating base; issues of adjusting the runner wheel in dredger operation; dredger pump clogging factors, etc. The purpose of the work is to demonstrate reliable assessments of dredger quality planning as a determinant of the “perfect picture of the case” within the framework of dredger operation. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the proposed ways to overcome the above-mentioned “damaged” and imperfect stages of work, parts of products, stages of decision-making, as well as the components of the dredger, starting with aspects of dredger operation under such weather conditions as low water temperatures, ending with pump clogging factors. Practical significance. The experiment and subsequent analysis made it possible to evaluate the possibilities of improving the quality of operation of dredgers of SGM LLC.
