Instrumental performance is widely recognized as a complex skill that relies on proprioception and hand–eye coordination. For beginners, achieving adequate motor coordination in the early learning stages is particularly challenging. Traditional methods depend on long-term, repetitive practice and professional instruction, which are not always accessible or effective. This study introduces a novel training method using Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), which captures expert movements in real time and delivers corresponding electrical impulses to the learner’s muscles, enabling direct, physical guidance. This approach is designed to help beginners acquire fundamental motor skills more quickly and intuitively. A user study involving eight participants was conducted, including EMS-based training and a questionnaire. Results showed that participants rated the system highly in terms of usability, clarity of feedback, and overall training effectiveness.
