This study examines how colorblind-friendly design affects players with color vision deficiency (CVD) in the mobile puzzle game, The Walking Dead: Tales. Analysis of nine months of PvP data from over 14,000 users across 109 countries revealed that enabling colorblind mode significantly improved CVD users' win rates by 1.4%, especially in challenging matches. CVD users also showed higher retention (D + 30: 15.4% vs. 3.8%) and paying user rates (39.11%), indicating greater satisfaction. Despite limitations in accurately identifying CVD players, these findings underscore the value of inclusive game design.
