Decision Support Information System for Automation of Ore Phosphate Charge Production in a Mixing and Dosing Cyber-Physical System
摘要
The findings of computational experiments conducted to determine the optimal calculation of the phosphate ore charge prepared in a cyber-physical mixing and dosing system are presented herein. It is recommended that the developed program complex be used for the various components of ore materials produced by Russian mining and processing enterprises. It is proposed that the simplex method of linear programming be improved and modernized to ensure greater accuracy in the preparation of necessary recipes for dosing components with the assistance of a cyber-physical system. It is proposed that the computational method be modernized to determine the limit deviations from the nominal dosing values, thereby improving the quality of the prepared charge. The results of the numerous computational experiments, as well as the results of the charge recipe calculation, appear to be applicable in practice in cyber-physical mixing and dosing devices. The proposed database, which employs algorithms that account for the maximum permissible error in dosing, as part of the software and mathematical software, and allows for the additional requirements of a non-square composition matrix for the applied ore raw materials, appears to be a suitable tool for use in practice when setting up cyber-physical process control systems at enterprises in the mining and processing industry.
