New developments in wireless communication are daily exacerbating the problem of spectrum scarcity. Recently, a novel technology called Cognitive Radio (CR) has made an effort to lessen this issue by dynamically utilizing the free spectrum in mobile computing and wireless communications. Cognitive radio networks (CRNs) can be established by extending the radio connection capabilities to network layer functions. This research proposes novel technique in cognitive radio network data privacy based on secure cascading cipher systems. Here the cognitive network security analysis has been carried out based on multilayered encryption with federated blockchain model. The experimental analysis has been carried out based on cognitive radio network security modelling and their data privacy modelling. Both novel mitigation strategies especially aimed at new cognitive radio vulnerabilities and older mitigation techniques that have been adapted to the new technology are included. The threats are arranged based on the protocol layer that the assault is aimed.

摘要
