Demand response (DR) presents one of the main driven areas of DSM. It is defined as a series of activities aimed at minimizing consumer demand for electricity in response to market prices. In this chapter, an analysis of the potential of pricing-based electricity structure is investigated in terms of the reduction of peak load demand and energy bills.

摘要
