Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly reshaping industrial sectors by automating tasks, managing information, and altering decision-making paradigms. Concurrently, escalating concerns about data privacy, security breaches, and the demand for responsible and accountable AI are hindering its broader implementation. Blockchain technology, recognized for its decentralized structure and immutable data storage, provides a potential set of solutions to these significant challenges. This article outlines a framework that employs Blockchain to improve AI application development. We analyze how this framework strengthens security, ensures the development of reliable AI models through improved data, and optimizes AI data management. Furthermore, a formal analysis is conducted of the ethical, legal, and technical challenges attendant to the convergence of these two technological paradigms. The resultant findings unequivocally demonstrate Blockchain's potential to enable the creation of AI applications exhibiting superior security, transparency, and operational efficiency.

摘要
