Worker writing has come in many different forms, adapting to the kinds of technologies available to workers. In this chapter, we discuss the workplace bulletin—a specific type of worker writing in the form of written publication that is used as part of worker-to-worker organizing. While there has been research on the use of print publications by workers, unions, and political parties, there has been much less attention to the contemporary use of written material in worker organizing today. The chapter discusses how previous socialist and worker-focused groups have used the bulletin form, particularly in the example of Italian Workerism. However, given the changes in the ways that written communication is produced, distributed, and consumed, this chapter discusses the bulletin form and its use in practice, through examples of the 2022-23 strike wave in Britain. The chapter concludes by considering the politics of the workplace bulletin.

摘要
