摘要
This study examines the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in public healthcare organizations in Hungary, focusing on the strategic direction and dynamic capabilities needed to adapt effectively to technological change. Using a qualitative methodology, the research conducts semi-structured interviews with healthcare professionals and industry experts, using thematic coding for analysis. Preliminary findings highlight AI’s potential to enhance efficiency and alleviate workforce shortages through automation and improved resource allocation. However, challenges including data quality, ethical considerations, and financial constraints are also examined. The study underscores the critical role of dynamic capabilities in enabling institutions to navigate these complexities and deliver a more resilient, efficient, and patient-centered healthcare system, providing valuable insights for stakeholders.
