In the previous chapters, I proceeded in a very academic manner, wishing to be demonstrative in the logical sense of the term in my analysis and the conclusions that arise from it. However, I must admit that the driving force behind this reflection is perhaps primarily poetic and aesthetic. It is the wonder at the beauty of our universe and my empathy for our humanity that motivated this reflection. It is likely that this emotional dimension is necessary for the acceptance of the need to abandon our current way of life, hence the need to allow humans to emotionally reconnect with nature.
