Electric Vehicles are considered as the key element for achieving sustainable transport. This research mainly focused on measuring customer satisfaction among the EVs Users. Electric vehicles have promising technology that will allow them to achieve a sustainable transport in the future due to zero carbon releases, low sound, high efficiency, and flexibility in grid process and integration. The findings of the study revealed that the Electric Vehicles Users are satisfied with the vehicle performance and they feel proud to feel as they are helping the society in protecting the environment.
