This study examines the role of work motivation and organizational commitment in influencing job performance among employees in selected IT companies in Coimbatore. The research highlights how motivation and dedication contribute to overall job efficiency and productivity. Using a structured survey and statistical analysis, the study identifies key factors affecting employee performance. The findings suggest that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation significantly impact organizational commitment, which in turn influences job performance. The study concludes with recommendations for improving employee motivation and commitment to enhance organizational success.
