This study examines research trends, key contributors, and BI advancements, identifying dominant themes, publication patterns, and knowledge gaps to provide strategic insights for business leaders, policymakers, and researchers. BI research peaked in 2024 with 22 publications, following steady growth since 2018. The U.S. (11), Jordan (9), and India (8) lead contributions, with emerging research from Canada, Australia, and Indonesia. Journal articles (42) dominate, while keyword analysis highlights “Business Intelligence” (41 occurrences), “Decision Making” (16), and “Big Data” (10) as key focus areas.
