This study aims to identify the key factors influencing the perceived usefulness of AI in HR among Jordan's SMEs, focusing on aspects like relative advantage, compatibility, and support. All hypotheses were supported, showing that relative advantage, compatibility, training, top management support, and security positively impact the perceived usefulness of AI in HR for Jordanian SMEs. The study pinpoints critical factors that enhance AI's perceived usefulness in HR, guiding SMEs in Jordan to better integrate AI and aiding policymakers in developing supportive AI adoption programs.
