AI in E-commerce Personalization: Online Customer Trust and Data Privacy Concerns
摘要
This research paper examines the impact of AI-generated recommendation systems on customer trust and data privacy issues for e-commerce. Customers in this era are nowadays more sensitive than ever to know how their data is used and protected especially as AI is being used to create personalized shopping experiences. In this study, 250 online shoppers were surveyed to know about personalized AI recommendations, trust in an e-commerce platform, and customers’ privacy concerns are interconnected.
