The study investigates the influence of perceived autonomy, competence, and relatedness on student engagement and satisfaction in online and blended learning environments, applying Self-Determination Theory. All hypotheses were supported, confirming that perceived autonomy, competence, and relatedness positively impact student engagement, which in turn boosts satisfaction in digital learning settings. The research identifies autonomy, competence, and relatedness as key factors for enhancing student engagement and satisfaction. Educational strategies addressing these psychological needs can lead to more effective and satisfying learning experiences.
