The management of digital health technologies plays a crucial role in improving access to care and reducing health inequalities. This study analyzes the trends and challenges related to the implementation of digital health technologies in Morocco, through a bibliometric analysis carried out with VOSviewer. The aim is to identify the main research themes, key players and obstacles encountered in the development of digital solutions adapted to the Moroccan context. Using bibliometric tools, the study explores publication growth, collaboration networks, and areas of innovation such as telemedicine, mobile health applications and artificial intelligence in the medical sector. The results reveal a notable increase in work on digital health technologies in Morocco, but also highlight persistent challenges, such as the digital divide, infrastructure limitations, data confidentiality issues and the importance of training healthcare professionals. This bibliometric analysis provides a better understanding of current research priorities, and offers avenues to guide public policy and innovation strategies in digital health in Morocco. Thus, it is essential to promote effective and equitable management of digital health technologies, paying particular attention to the ongoing training of healthcare professionals, in order to improve access to care, especially in rural areas and for disadvantaged populations.
