Morocco’s population is set to reach 39.2 million by 2025, making health information management essential. Although cloud services has the potential to reduce costs and improve data access in Moroccan healthcare facilities, its adoption remains low. This study supports the technology acceptance model. A quantitative survey was conducted to collect data via an electronic questionnaire from 312 respondents in the Moroccan healthcare sector. Relevant hypotheses were formulated and analyzed using logistic regression to better understand cloud services usage by healthcare professionals in Morocco, identifying the factors influencing its adoption. The results data analysis largely support the proposed model. In summary, the findings regarding this research show that the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use, the cloud awareness, and electronic skills significantly influence the cloud adoption in Morocco’s healthcare field. This research could be used to develop similar models for other developing countries.
