This study proposes an innovative real-time vital signs monitoring system for patients with contagious diseases in West Africa, using Grafana, Prometheus and IoT devices. Faced with the challenges revealed by the COVID-19 pandemic, our solution integrates non-intrusive IoT sensors, a MySQL database, and advanced visualization tools to deliver robust and scalable remote monitoring. The system collects, stores and analyzes body temperature and heart rate data in real time, with automatic alerts based on predefined thresholds. Results show a significant improvement in responsiveness and efficiency over traditional systems, with dynamic data visualization and real-time alerts. The use of Prometheus enriches the system with advanced data querying and aggregation capabilities. This approach has considerable potential to strengthen the resilience of healthcare systems in West Africa in the face of future health crises, by optimizing resource allocation and improving the quality of care while minimizing risks to healthcare staff.

摘要
