摘要
This study explores the crucial relationship between organizational culture and crisis management effectiveness in contemporary business environments, focusing on the Ninawa governorate, specifically within the Mosul municipality directorate. The main hypothesis suggests a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and crisis management. Through a random sample of 127 employees, the research investigates the impact of values and beliefs, communication style, and leadership style on crisis management dimensions—response effectiveness, organizational resilience, and reputation preservation. ANOVA results reveal statistically significant differences across organizational culture dimensions. Positive relationships are found between values and beliefs, communication style, leadership style, and crisis management outcomes, as indicated by correlation and squared coefficients. The study concludes by proposing practical recommendations for organizations, emphasizing the strengthening of organizational culture, communication enhancement, leadership development, integrated crisis management training, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. The findings highlight the pivotal role of organizational culture in shaping crisis management outcomes, contributing to sustained resilience and reputation preservation.
