Virtualization of Beam Deflection Monitoring System Comprising Inductive Linear Sensors
摘要
This article focuses on a modern approach to monitoring beam deflection using inductive linear sensors and digital twin technology. The proposed solution is based on a measurement stand that integrates a linear guide with housings, with its 3D model created in the LabVIEW environment. The system enables precise tracking of the position of the distance sensor and the arm that applies pressure to the beam. The main goal of this study is to develop a system for accurate simulation, monitoring, and predictive analysis of beam behavior. The digital twin allows the simulation, monitoring, and predictive analysis of the beam’s behavior. Inductive linear sensors ensure reliable deflection data acquisition. Experimental results confirm the efficiency and accuracy of this approach, which contributes to the development of measurement systems using new industrial technologies and provides solutions for more accurate and efficient monitoring of the mechanical properties of beams.
